The below will restore the tabs styling back to their normal CB Bootstrap styling by overriding your templates styling for them.

Code:

#rt-main-container .component-content .dynamic-tab-pane-control h2 {
	background-color: transparent;
}

#rt-main-container .component-content .dynamic-tab-pane-control h2:hover {
	background-color: #eeeeee;
}

#rt-main-container .component-content .dynamic-tab-pane-control h2.selected {
	background-color: #ffffff;
}

#rt-main-container .component-content .dynamic-tab-pane-control h2 a {
	color: #0088cc;
}

#rt-main-container .component-content .dynamic-tab-pane-control h2 a:hover {
	color: #005580;
}

#rt-main-container .component-content .dynamic-tab-pane-control h2.selected a,
#rt-main-container .component-content .dynamic-tab-pane-control h2.selected a:hover {
	color: #555555;
}

The above should be added to the bottom of your Joomla template CSS file.

For any further styling conflicts I recommend using Chrome or Firebug for Firefox and right clicking then inspecting any element you suspect isn't styled properly to review its CSS so you can either locate and change it or add CSS with more aggressive selectors to override it.
