CBSubs Mailer

Have been trying to use the CRON link to send out email via CB Subs Mailer with version 3.0. Queue state 0 when we know there are many to be sent. Areas to look?

Test the links first from the Automation Settings icon area of your CBSubs Mailer to see if what you are expecting is being generated.

Have done that several times. No email are being generated into the queue.

Means that there is nothing wrong with the cron job then and you need to focus on why nothing is triggering emails.

What criteria are you using for your mailers?

Try one of the examples in the manual to see.

Please give exact details of your mailer setup with all parameters.

And show the content of the user you feel should have been included.
