Joomla version? CB version? What browser are they using? Are you able to duplicate the issue? Please be sure you're testing with a standard registered user. Note administrators can not reset their passwords for security purposes and must be changed from backend.It appears from complaints I have received that if a member of this site looses his/her password and tries to get a new one, that the site resets the password but does not send the email with the new password
You're adding contents to your ticket that the server is seeing as a threat. This is common when trying to paste large chunks of code or the full error message with your ticket. It's best to attach error messages as a text file.PS. I have tried for two days to open a ticket but all I get is a server error

Strange, server may have been down at the time. I don't know as I don't manage the tickets. At any rate it doesn't matter as am already helping you here.The ticket I tried to open this am had no error messages, no code, no files. Just simple text.
