Yes. They did have an active subscription at that time. I have decided to reload CB and CBSubs to start fresh. I've never had this issue before. I put a backup of my site on my test server and have reloaded CB and CB Subs. I used the package download this time. I am downloading the documentation and going to go through everything point by point to see if it comes out correctly. What was happening was the registration process bypassed the invoice step. It went straight to the "thanks for registering" step. I checked all of my settings and they were correct to the best of my knowledge so, that is why I decided to reinstall CB and CBSubs. In the past I have always installed CB and CBSubs at the same time. This was the first time I had CB installed for a year and was trying to install CBSubs. Perhaps, I missed a step that was crucial to the plugin working properly. Thank you for all of your help. I did check everything that you mentioned to make sure I had things set up correctly.
