Thank you for your reply. But I have to mention that I already installed the CB Romanian Plugin. I used CB Plugin installation and it translated the content of the CB.
Then add the strings to your Romanian language file and translate as needed.
Do you think that it would be good to uninstall the CB Romanian plugin and install it back?
No, why would you need to?

Yes, if you've added the language strings and your backend is set to Romanian language so it loads in.

You can if you want to, but you're still going to have to add those language strings to translate them.
Or, where could I find the CB Admin Menu CONSTANT_NAMES ? in that case I could use OVERRIDES.
You can't translate anything in CB using Joomla language files. CB has its own language usage with its own language plugins. I've already provided you the strings you need to add to your CB language plugin.
