Hi,

My scenario during registration is as follows.
The new user is asked a question via a radio button type:
What employment are you?
- Consultant
- Trainee
- Senior
- Visiting MS
- Academic

After selecting their answer, I then need to show the subscription plan specific to them. I have found where to set this (Workflows tab for each individual plan), however it doesn't seem to work. If they select Consultant, they will get the Consultant plan shown to them, but if they go back and change to another option, for example: Academic, they then get shown the Academic plan but still get shown the Consultant plan.
Because they have changed their answer to Academic, shouldn't the Consultant plan be hidden again?

Any ideas?

Select your field in "All of following CB fields must be filled-in/selected at registration:" then set your conditional as follows.

And following CB Field: Your Field
Condition: = (equal to)
Value: Your Value

That should work as desired.

Hi Krileon,

I have now changed all the plans to have my field selected in "All of following CB fields must be filled-in/selected at registration:"
But now it won't even recognise when I have changed my selection to show me the other plan/s, it now just shows nothing.

If I select - Academic
it doesn't even show me the Academic plan.

If I select - Consultant
it at lease shows me the Consultant plan, but if I change to another answer, say - Trainee, the Consultant plan is still there but the Trainee plan now doesn't even show up.

Please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look. Could be a bug in CBSubs jQuery used for conditionals.

And while I have you, is there only one 'round' of conditionals for showing plans.
ie. If they select Consultant, and then an answer another question which has two selections of
- Part time
- Full time
Can I use that second the second question to show a different plan (Consultant Part time, Consultant Full time)?

Yes, there is only 1 conditional for dynamic registration field conditioning. For your second set of plans I suppose you'd set it to have Consultant plan selected then condition it based off the question field.

Ideally you may not want to have this setup at all. For example create a plan for each of your employment type. Then you don't need the field at all. If you need the field for display or maybe CB Conditional purposes then you can simply change its value on a plan by plan basis using CBSubs Fields. You can then set the field to read only and it can be used for display only.
