Ah, I see. Seams to be some sort of conflict with CB Conditional or just Step by Step. Change "Employment:" then click the radio button for your plan on Step 7 and it'll fade away. It's as if the jQuery binding is being lost (probably due to Step by Step altering the DOM) until selecting a plan triggers the conditioning.

So yes, you are right... It is a Step by Step problem. When Step by Step is disabled the plans hide and show correctly.
At least on the step by step version it doesn't allow you to select the incorrect plan, like you said it fades away when the incorrect plan is attempted to be chosen.

Im also using a third party payment provider not recognised in your payment gateway settings. They give me a unique URL to signup to each of the plans. How do I show that URL (as a button/link) once the user has selected their plan?

Ok, so your options are to disable step by step or adjust how you'd like to setup your plans as I unfortunately do not have any sort of fix to provide at this time. Next CB Conditional release (after CB 1.10.0 release) has step by step removed, because you'll be able to enable tabbed registration (like profile edit) in core CB, which can be used like step by step except much much better conditional behavior and no DOM changes.

You would need to develop a new CBSubs payment gateway to handle your payment provider. You can review existing gateways for a starting point. I suggest reviewing one like Google Checkout or any of the other downloadable gateways as they're more readable.
