For me it's not work...
I have instaled plug_cbautoactions-513.zip and have the same screen you gave...
But when I log, the Manage your connection is still there.
Please provide a screenshot of your auto action configuration. Please also make sure CB Auto Actions is enabled within CB > Plugin Management.

Are you sure you are not a 'CB Moderator' and that gives you extra menuitems?
