Use a code action on the profile display trigger with "Method" set to CSS. Now add the CSS supplied above to "Code". Next add the below conditional.

Yes, you need CB Auto Actions, which you can download from the Professional downloads section. Once installed and enabled navigate to CB > Plugin Management > CB Auto Actions > Actions to begin creating actions.
