I don't see any errors in your text document. All those messages appear normal. Errors are actual error messages thrown with an error number, code line, and a message. Those are normal system messages displayed during registration and purchase process.
The substitutions not working in some of them is likely just a configuration problem. Plan substitutions will only work from the CBSubs emails configured in your plans and on the Presentation tab (or CBSubs Email integration tab). They will not work in the CB > Configuration > Registration emails.
The [DETAILS], [CONFIRM], etc.. substitutions will also only work from system notification emails. Meaning the Pending and Welcome emails within CB > Configuration > Registration. Specifically the Pending email should contain [CONFIRM].
