Are you conditioning the tab with CB Conditional? Do you have any activity actually logged? Aside from that I've no idea as it's displaying fine in all my tests. Ensure the tab is enabled and accessible to the user within CB > Tab Management. Also ensure CB Activity it self is enabled within CB > Plugin Management.
