Hi,

I created a subscription for 14 days, the expired date is past but the subscription is still active.

I have ever tried to click on the cron task link in the backend but nothing change.
How can I do it please ?

Regards

Myann

I am having exactly the same problem with a test plan I created for 1 day. The expiry date is past, but the status is A. Joomla 2.5.17, Paid Subscriptions 3.0.0.

I should mention that the cron job is running as expected and is expiring subscriptions from other plans.

Check the pricing tab and see if you've set a Grace period. It won't actually expire until that's up. So if the plan is 1 day, but you've say a 3 day grace period then it will actually expire after a total of 4 days instead of 1.

In my case, it's now happening on 2 out of 6 active plans. Both have Grace set to None.

I have looked at the database fields in MySQL, and indeed the Expiry Date is passed and state is A.

Check you CBSUBS -> Settings -> Global tab

Look for the Mass expire subscriptions method: parameter and make sure that it is set correctly.

If it is set to CRON job only then it means that your CRON job is not firing properly.
