To be clear, you mean the duration of the subscription not the cron job interval, correct?
I will do that. But note that the other subscription where we're having problems has a 3 month duration (there are no current examples of the problem though).

I thought I had replied to this earlier, but I don't see it. Excuse any duplicate.

To be clear, I assume that you want me to change the subscription period to 2 days, not the cron job period.

I have changed the Test subscription to 2 days, so we'll see what happens in a couple of days. But note that the problem also occurs on another subscription that has a 3 month validity. I don't have any current examples on that subscription, however.

Yes, subscription duration. The 3 month duration could've been an issue of expiration just not being triggered. We'll know more when the 2 day test comes through. I'm really unsure what could be causing this though. Please also check your server error logs around the time the expiration should be and see if any fatal errors were logged as perhaps something is erroring and preventing it from actually expiring.

Same problem with subscription expiry set to 2 days. Test subscription, John Bongiovanni Test is user, as before.

Please install CB, CBSubs, and any Joomlapolis CB plugins that are installed over top of themselves. This will ensure they're all up to date and free of modifications. Once done please perform another 1 day test and be sure to trigger the expiration URL to see if the user now expires.

Alternative is to provide a clone of your site and we can investigate further (we'll need to make file modifications to run tests, so we can not do this on a live site). This will also need to be done if you perform the above test and it too fails.

I created a clone of the live site as of this afternoon (it was easier than reinstalling all of the CB stuff).

test.cal-sailing.org

All of the credentials I sent you should work. The site directory is testsite.
