CB LOGIN redirect error - The page isn't redirecting properly

With the user key error it sounds like you've one of Joomlas two factor authentication plugins enabled, which do not work with CB 1.9 (they do work with CB 2.0). Navigate to Extensions > Plug-in Manager and ensure the below are disabled.

I cannot not find twofactorauth in my Extension>Plug-in Manager.

The only authenticator that I have is enabled is Authentication Joomla.

I have Authenication Gmail and Authenication LDAP disabled.

I'm not sure what more to advise. I suggest turning off "Gravity Check" extension as its query is the one fatally erroring.

I had my Joomla expert help me and here is her response:

"Update...Upon further investigation, I found a plugin that was installed that seemed to be causing the redirect issue/conflict. After disabling the plugin "system redirect SSL" by Yireo the site was a lot faster and the login/logout issue with CB was resolved."

This is did resolve my problem. Are there know issues with Yireo on CB 1.9 ?

I don't know what Yireo is, but the issue would suggest it does not work with CB. A lot of extensions that act specifically on Joomla login/registration do not work with CB.
