Hmmmmm

That is a strange answer. Will you then please explain what you mean by:

2) a notification email sent to the user informing that her/his approval for partification in the group is pending. How do I enable a function which sends the user the relevant information?

User group join notification? Basically the same as the above except click Notifications menu item in the Group it self then click Group > Users.


Furthermore I wonder what this is for?:




If you take a closer look it is about pending approval subject and pending approval email.

You don't, as explained such notification does not exist in the current GJ release. Next GJ release will let the user know when their join request is accepted.

Furthermore I wonder what this is for?:

It's for registration approval.

I highly suggest reviewing your CB documentation, which you can download in the Advanced downloads section to help you get started on basic CB functionality.
