Please re-install CB 1.9.1 over top of it self to ensure the router.php wasn't modified or anything of the sort. CB seams to be SEFing the URLs correctly, but it's not reversing them. If issue persists after re-install then please PM FTP login credentials so I can debug what's going wrong with the router.

You can try, yes.

i have tons of CB core hacks..

That's exactly why you should re-install CB 1.9.1. Any number of your core hacks could be breaking this. We can not help you with core hacks in place as the environment is too unpredictable. Without the core hacks removed I can not investigate any further unfortunately.

my "hacks" are about the html code printed, no class or core function editing.

No, CBs own router file which you can find at the below location.

components/com_comprofiler/router.php

my "hacks" are about the html code printed, no class or core function editing.

Ok, if issue persists after replacing the router file with the one included with CB 1.9.1 package then please PM FTP login credentials and will debug the routing. CBs router file is responsible for translating username to user id and vise verse.
