Have reviewed your install. Your issue is due to a bad configuration of CB Conditional. You're conditioning the Contact Info tab, which contains username, name, etc.. fields. However the condition is always failing, because it's conditioning off a field that isn't set yet. This results in the data being removed at PHP time. I've disabled the conditional on that tab for Registration display only so it functions normally on profile, but won't break your registration.
