You could send off an email explaining you're moving to a new system which will require re-renewal at time of expiration to re-subscribe to auto recurring payments. You could then also offer them some extra subscription time to compensate for their troubles. Aside from that you're basically stuck in your current system forever as recurring usage is nontransferable. This is a limitation on the gateways end as the recurring data can't be changed.
