Have reviewed your install and it's not showing because it was already accepted. However, the user it attempted to create failed because for some reason the user id is 0. This shouldn't be the case as the trigger sends the user object with appropriate id. When you edit the user in GJ > Users you'll noticed "User" is 0. This should be the users actual id.
Something 3rd party is either altering the user or interrupting the after registration trigger. To workaround this disable auto accept and they can accept the invites from their profile tab instead.
Alternative is to enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then go through the invite/accept process again to see if any errors occur.
The code responsible for accepting invites can be found in the acceptInvites function at the below location.

I've retested it now 3 times locally and is working fine. However, it acts on the CB registration triggers so another CB plugin that alters the user object could easily break this.
