Users Unable to Upload Profile Pic

When uploading ( and I have exhaustively gone through these forums BEFORE posting)a profile pic I receive User not Super Administrator.

It should be working...but it's not. What settings need to be amended to allow for this to work?

Please advise.

Navigate to Users > User Manager > Options > Permissions and ensure your permissions are set correctly. Next do the same for Site > Global Configuration > Permissions. If permissions look ok then it could be a 3rd party Joomla User plugin, which you can check within Extensions > Plug-in Manager.

If issue still persists then ensure within CB > Configuration > User Profile that Profile Access is set to something the user can access. If set correctly then also check under CB > Configuration > Images and CB > Configuration > Moderation to ensure image upload is allowed and that image settings are set correctly.

If issue still persists then begin disabling non-core CB plugins within CB > Plugin Management 1 by 1 until it resolves to see if a plugin is conflicting.

This may not be the best way to get support...but did you look at the screenshots that I attached to my previous post...which is above.

You are referring to the Not a Super admin message?

Are you logged in as a super admin or have you logged in to backend as a plain administrator?
