[SOLVED] CB Auto Action ?

I created an Auto Action, type: Email, Triggers: internalUsers and condition I set field1 equals to 1. In configuration I opened the link "Internal Users URL" that reminds me to a blank page.
I can not understand this step of the previous post:

"You can setup the URL to run in CRON as well so it can be ran at a scheduled time."

Can you please explain to me what to do?

The Internal Users and Internal General URLs are always blank pages. They're meant for CRON or manually triggering actions usage and don't display anything. Please ensure your conditional is an actual valid substitution. Please see the below.

Incorrect:
field1 Equal To 1

Correct:
[cb_field1] Equal To 1

If under "Mailer" leaving the default selection "Default CB" does not work, instead setting "PHP Mail" works perfectly.

If it's set to "Default CB" it'll use whatever you've configured in Joomla global configuration for your mailer. If leaving it as "Default CB" causes issues you may want to make sure your CB registration emails are sending ok as it'll use whatever is configured in Joomla global configuration.

I did some tests and now goes also with Default CB.

I created two actions with CB Auto Action: Triggers --> "internalUsers." Then I planned to run through CRON. The "Internal Users URL" is one, is it possible somehow run Auto Actions at different times for not overloading the server?
