There's no substitution to determine if someone is connected or not. You'd need to create a CB Query Field to query the members database table to see if there is a connection. If there is then return 1, otherwise 0. Next you'd condition that field in your CB Menu action. Note the CB Menu action only works on 1 trigger, see the action description as it tells you which.

How can I retrieve the id of the user logged in for the control?
Example:

SELECT `accepted` FROM `#__comprofiler_members` WHERE `referenceid` = '[user_id]' and `memberid` = "user logged in ID"
