It depends on what version of DOCman you're using. If you're using latest release of DOCman then the CBSubs DOCman integration doesn't have any purpose anymore as latest DOCman doesn't have its own group feature, but instead just uses Joomla usergroups/viewaccesslevels. So you can basically uninstall CBSubs DOCman.

I have uninstalled CBSubs DocMan plugin - but now I seem to have no way to selectively restrict document download access to "Paid" subscriber group. Please see my other thread
