Hi,

If I login as a regular registered user I can go to the menu item I have setup to view the person's profile, the default mandatory menu item for CB.
But if I login as an Admin, or Super User when I try to go to the Profile menu item I get the 404 page. I also get the 404 page when I try to view someone else's profile.

I have looked at CB permissions and User manager permissions and they are still set with the default values. Super Admin is Allowed all things.

I can't figure out why Admin type users wouldn't be allowed to view their profile.

Any idea what to look for to get the Admins to be able to view their profile?

Joomla 3.3.6
CB 1.9.1
CB Subs 3.0.0

Thank you.

404 is usually Joomla menu item access permission. Check that your Joomla menu item to CBs profile page is public and published.

Hi Kyle,

Yes, the CB Profile menu item is published and it is public. As I said Registered users can view their profile and other's profile, it is just Administrators and above that get the 404 error page.

What could cause Admin's not be to able to view profiles?

Thank you.

Messed-up ACL groups?

Hi,

What would I look at to see if it was messed up? As I noted:
I have looked at CB permissions and User manager permissions and they are still set with the default values. Super Admin is Allowed all things.

I don't know what ACL permission would control who can view profiles. Could you please let me know what permissions I should check?

Thank you.
