Hi,

I have added 2 groups under Administrator, 1 group under Manager and 1 group under Registered. I also added ACL levels for these new groups. The new group under Registered can view profiles, but the groups under Administrator, Administrator and Super User can't view profiles.

I didn't change any permissions for the Manager, Administrator or Super User, only for the new groups.

What ACL permission would stop Admins from viewing profiles?

Thank you.

Profile access is determined by the CB > Configuration > User Profile > Profile View Access Level parameter. Perhaps it's not set correctly? CB Moderators should be exempt from this though unless the moderator view access level is incorrectly set within CB > Configuration > Moderation.

Hi,

The configuration setting: "Allow Access To:" is set to "Everybody". So, that should let Admins view profiles.

Any other ideas of where to check?

Thank you.

What happens when they try to view a users profile? What error message is displayed specifically?

Hi,

I found the problem. It turns out that a Query field that only Admins could see had an error in the SQL query. Once I fixed that the profile was viewable by admins again.

Thank you for your help.
