This profile is no longer available.

I just created a new profile for a client on our website and when I go to preview it, it says: This profile is no longer available.

All of the other profiles show up just fine. And I am doing the same thing I have always done as far as going into the backend and creating a new member. Can anyone help with this?

I have also tried clearing my cache and cookies.

Are you using CB User Manager or maybe the Joomla one?

I am using CB manager. Then I go to new then add a new member like I have always done.

All profiles work:
www.wedanet.com/index.php/weda-members/view-listing-of-clients

Except this one:
www.wedanet.com/index.php/cb/userprofile/Churchill_Economic_Development_Authority

I just upgraded to profile pro and magic window a week ago but where do I find my CB version?

I saw this on the config area:

Banned, unconfirmed, blocked, or unconfirmed users can all display that. If you're logged in as a CB moderator you'll be able to see banned, unconfirmed, and unapproved profiles, but blocked will always display that message. Please check the users status.
