If you have CB Privacy try disabling it and see if that resolves your issue. Its profile privacy protection maybe doing it, but the user should be exempt from their own private setting. If issue persist then continue to disable non-core CB plugins 1 by 1 until it resolves. If still not resolved and SEF is enabled then try disabling SEF as there's a few known SEF issues resolved in CB 2.x.

The only new plugin I recently installed was CB Conditional and I have just deleted it and I am still getting the profile is no longer available. I have also tried to unplublish other plugins and that has not worked either.

And if I turn the Search Engine Friendly URLs to "No" then it messes up the website and removes images ect..

All of the profiles show up and work except for that one I just created. Is there anything I can check?

You need to shut off SEF entirely. If you're using a 3rd party SEF extension disable it as well. If using htaccess URL rewriting then temporarily rename the file. Next purge Joomla cache and navigate to your home page. Now see if the users profile is giving you problems. The issue could be the reversal of the username to user id when using SEF; if possible please provide the users username here or in a PM so I can test it with SEF.
