The same field can condition multiple fields within the same configuration. If you condition a single field multiple times though only the last condition will end up being applied unless you use a one-way conditions to toggle the states as needed. Originally there was not multiple conditions, but by request it was added; honestly I don't see much point either until AND/OR can be added, which is planned after the upgrade release (depending on the difficulty of implementation it maybe in the upgrade release).
