Well if you want all the CBSubs details moved you'd need to move all the rows regarding that information. As long as the user ids have not changed then you could just export and import your CBSubs entire database tables. This assumes a lot hasn't changed in regards to CBSubs though and recommend making a backup before taking that approach.

Hey - I exported users from a Joomla 1.5 site using CB 1.91 and CB Subs using CB Juice to a new site of Joomla 3.3 with CB 2.0 and CB Subs 4.0.

Now, how do I get the subscription info to transfer also?

Thanks ahead of time.

Not only can't I figure out how to transfer the subscription info for a recent user who registered on the current live site, I can't seem to do it manually in the backend of the newly build site with CBSubs 4.0.

In the prior CB Subs, I could simply go into a user's profile in the backend user management section and "subscriptions" shows up and I can mark someone paid offline or something like that. Now, I don't see our plans there unless it is a totally new user that I'm creating on the backend.

Hope that makes sense. Just trying to mark a user as paid or put them into a certain category for a subscription using the backend and can't seem to figure this one out easily.

The view access levels and usergroups between Joomla 1.x and Joomla 3.x are completely different. You need to go through your entire install and correct all of your access parameters. Your plans are likely not showing up, because their access is now broken. For plans to be accessible to existing users they also need to be set to allow upgrades.

If the users user id is unchanged between the installs all you need to do is export from phpmyadmin your _cbsubs database tables then import them using phpmyadmin into your new install. All the subscription information is tied to their user id.
