I actually run into a problem in some cases.
If I have a 'Remember Me' working, and enabled, I see this error when accessing the site:
Fatal error: Class 'CBuser' not found in ../plugins/system/nnframework/helpers/assignments/php.php(85) : runtime-created function on line 1

Best regards

No idea, it's coming from your 3rd party system plugin nnframework. Check line 85 of plugins/system/nnframework/helpers/assignments/php.php.

Ahh, yes, lovely, ping pong between JoomlaPolis and NoNumber.

So how do I check if the CBUser Class is ready, and if not, let it give a false.

You need to include CBs API before using it. As instructed in your previous topic below.

I have entered that piece of php into the Advanced Module Manager. This only happens with 'Remember Me', can it be the cookie authentication that confuses the system somehow in this case?

I've no idea. Something is trying to call CB API before it's loaded. Disable 3rd party extensions 1 by 1 until it goes away to see if anything installed is doing it. If that doesn't work switch to default Joomla template and shut off any template frameworks then see if that fixes it. If not disable 3rd party CB plugins and see if that fixes it.
