I have made the changes as suggested, now how can the moderator access the individuals profiles, without the user being login.

The moderator needs to login, navigate to a users profile, then on the CB Menu there will be a menu item to edit that users profile. Moderators can find users using a Userlist, which you can create within CB > List Management or by navigating to their profile URL directly.

I may be wrong but are you saying that they can access the users profile from the front-end. How do I create a menu for access directly to the users list.

If you are logged in as a CB Moderator you can just visit any user profile (click on one on a user list you created).

If you have configured CB to allow moderators to edit profiles then you should see an Edit menu on a profile you visit.

Thank you, I will check out the video. At the moment all I can do is edit everything other than the one on want and when I place the mouse over the item I get a no entry sign.
