Ion Cube Loader

Hello Community,

I have a hosting provider that is moving very slowly with updating there version of ionCube. They tell me that they will upgrade but don't give me a timeline.

They only support ionCube PHP Loader v3.1.25 which is causing an error to appear when I try to update CB to the latest version and the latest version of Joomla.

Are there any work arounds that I can use to solve this problem?

Actually the hosting provider said that my installation oh PHP 5.3 only supprts ionCube Loader version 3.1.25 and that I should find an application that supports it. Not much for support.

You should really upgrade to CBSubs GPL 3.0 (if you are on CB191) or CBSubs GPL 4.0 rc1 (if you are on CB 2.0+). This way you have no need to ioncube and you can use your CBSubs GPL download on all your websites without additional cost.

Im not sure what you mean I just purchased the software yesterday. Do I have to pay again to get a differnt version?

What software did you purchase yesterday?
I see that you purchased a 3 month Professional membership which does not include CBSubs GPL.

I see from your profile that you had purchased in the past the old CBSubs proprietary version that needs ioncube to work.

I also see that you had purchased back in 2013-01-27 a CBSubs GPL subscription.

This was a 12 month subscription which expired last year, but if you still have the CBSubs GPL 3.0 download you should be able to use it on all your websites - including this that is giving you the ioncube issues.

We upgraded to you are CBSUBS GPL3 on CB191 as you suggested.

But now I am getting the following error:
Paid Subscriptions bot cbpaidsubsbot detected that the required free ionCube loader for your server type and php version is not installed. Please contact your hoster to install it for you, or visit ionCube free downloads page of ionCube loaders for the loader and instructions. In case of problems installing the loader, please contact ionCube support directly after checking their support forum. Thanks.

It seems to still be a problem. Even after both upgrades.

When I go to the General plugin settings

I get this message:

The version 2.0.2 of cbsubsbot does not match CBSubs plugin version 3.0.0

Also I get the following message in Plans area.
