I resolve my problem using CB Conditionnal :
I hide the field for profil and userlists view.
(I explain why : i use a field named "code" - I have another field named "code complete" who countains "code" and more informations.
With "code", the user enter a code (in registration, or when he modify his profil)
The "code complete" is display on profil and userlists view with "code" searchable)

PS :"If you want it searchable, but not shown on their actual profile you can move the field to a tab that's in a not shown on profile position. " was a good idea but the result it not what i expect.
