Your server is setup fine. It also displays perfectly fine for me in Chrome with all 3 backend languages tested on login. I've no idea where this issue is coming from, but seams limited to your browser. Unicode is parsed to its character by the browser so my best guess is that's where your problem is. Try using a different browser or seeing if your browser has an update available. You may also want to check your browsers encoding; in Chrome this is found in Settings > Web content > Customize fonts > Encoding.
