Please review the below topic regarding CB Connect.

In short the plugin has become unstable due to the development of HybridAuth coming to a dead halt, which is the API library CB Connect depends on. The social site APIs have upgraded rapidly leaving HybridAuth behind. This means CB Connect can barely function. If it works it works. If it doesn't it doesn't. I will have to rewrite the plugin, again, which I don't have time for right now. In some cases it will work and others it won't, which I can't explain (it's working fine in our test environments).

If you're getting redirect errors then your URLs are not configured correctly. The above topic has links to the tutorial pages and the HybridAuth pages for configuration. We can not help you with this, because 90% of the configure is done on the social sites end and for liability reasons we don't want your social site logins nor will we accept them and in most cases region locking won't even allow them to function.

Your Facebook application should not have a canvas page. You need to create a Website application. Supply your domain (not the callback url, just domain), your contact email, then under status and review enable it. Now copy your 2 keys and that's all you have to do for Facebook.
