How to import user without cbjuice?

Since cbjuice is not availabe anymore how would I import and export users? And no, I dont want to use phpmyadmin.

Where/how did you get this (wrong) impression?

it is quite clear when you try to download it:

1. www.joomlapolis.com/cb-solutions/directory/core-enhancements/user-management/cbjuice
2. click on the download button
3. there is no cbjuice anymore (in the Professional Downloads for me)

Wow - that is an old listing the seems no longer maintained by the CB Juice team.
