Ok found it, thanks. So there is no native tool in CB to im/export users and CB professional relies on 3rd party volunteers to provide a basic functionality??? Im sorry to say but that seems very strange to me for a 120€ extension.

CB 2.0

You are welcome - glad I could help you our on a weekend ;-)

This is true - other than a direct database import (using phpmyadmin - that you have already commented against) this is no built-in import feature.

CB Juice has been successfully supporting this need for many years now and it can import new user data (in Joomla and CB) or update existing user data also.

It is free so non paid users can also use it.

Please note that the Joomla CMS also relies on volunteers to provide its functionality.

CB is free and so is CB Juice.

Anyway - glad you are back on track.
