If I understand correctly, without refreshing, in backend the K2 usergroup is there? However, on frontend it's acting as if it isn't? If that's the case then the K2 usergroup is probably stored to the users database session. In this scenario the session isn't being updated until the page has reloaded and the session has re-established. This would then make more sense why this is happening and the CB Auto Actions K2 action would be what's bugged as it would need to reload the user session after changing the K2 usergroup.

yes in backend i can see that the user is assigned to the k2 user group.

oh i think i understand what to do you mean.

so what is the solution for this?

Sounds like it's an issue with the K2 action in CB Auto Actions then. My guess is the K2 usergroup needs to be loaded into the users session like Joomla usergroups. So the session needs to be refreshed when a K2 usergroup change is made. I've added a CB Auto Actions bug ticket and will investigate further for next release.
