I don't know exactly how your action is configured, but ideally yes.

You shouldn't need to unless you want different criteria for each.

i have both "after user confirm" and "after frontend registration"

but it is not working..

also i see that for google sign in, it needs to reload the page in order the user to be signed in successfully.

for facebook and twitter works great the sign in process

It's neither. The triggers are entirely independent of one another. The trigger fires then the action processes.

Ensure you don't have caching of any kind enabled. If you do disable it and purge the current cache. I'm unable to confirm your need to reload issue.

That's possibly why you're having issues with CB Connect. You're doing a login before CB Connect can do its login, which is interrupting the CB Connect process. CB Connect has parameters to specify registration and login redirects so you do not need an action for this.
