Something installed is conflicting by either altering the session data, the POST data, or both. I've no idea what exactly installed is doing it though. You do however have Joobi installed, which is known to cause problems like this in the past. Best I can suggest is disable everything 3rd party that's installed except CB and see if that resolves it. If not create a fresh Joomla + CB only install in a sub-domain or sub-folder on the same host and see if issue persists, which will help confirm if it could be a server configuration issue.

thanks for investigating.

joobi jnews is what I really need and it's the only reason why we're using cb.
Thus I'm really frustrated abouth this.

There has been an older version of jnews and cb installed before I upgraded both.
Could it be, that the old jnews-plugin within cb is causing the problem?
If so, is there a way of manually disabling/uninstalling it?

I've no idea what's causing it exactly. The best way to find out is create a clean Joomla install then install CB and see if issue persists. If it doesn't then that completely rules out server issue. You can then begin installing your extensions/plugins and testing after each one to see which is doing it.
