Please test on my site with either a actual IOS device or Xcode. It is very obvious. No login needed.

Forget a non Apple simulator, waste of time.

I will see about testing with other Templates as soon as I can.

Also wanted to respond to this using my iPad but could not. The drop down menus on Joomlapolis.com don't work on an IOS device.

Thanks

Not sure it has to do with MyCommunity template now.

Here's what I've done.

- Installed clean Joomla 3.4.3 (home link works, single tap)
- Created Article, added single article menu item to Main Menu (article link works, single tap)
- Installed CB 2.0.10 (home and article link works, single tap)
- Log into CB (PROBLEM APPEARS, home, article and Logout button requires double tap)

I did not install any template. Using Joomla default prostar template.

What next?

More details...

Joomla
CB
Joomdle
Kunena
Moodle

All latest versions.

With CB enabled, all menu links, and links in the activity stream require double taps.
Kunena does not. The moodle part of the site does not.

I removed Joomdle and Moodle. Same results.
I removed CB, no double taps.

The template inuse is moot as Ksaltman said upstream. I tried 4 different templates, same result.
It appears the first 'tap' gives focus to the menu/link item and the second one executes it.

Ps.. I am also having issues posting here with Ipad. Reply link does not show, but if i click around, i can find it at the bottom of a post.

OK

First of all I would like to thank both @Satchi and @ksaltman for feedback and persistence shown on this thread.

The only way to fix something is to pinpoint its cause.

I was able to replicate the following:

Clean Joomla 3.4.3 site with default content and default (protostar) template.

If I view on my iphone 5 (simulator does not seem to simulate properly this use case) I am able to single click on the small menu icon (3 dashes) and it expands just fine.

If I install CB on the site, then the menu does not single click expand.

If I unpublish the CB Login module and the CB Online module then single click expansion works again.

Based on this I can only conclude that there is something in CB code that is breaking this for all templates.

I will be pushing this thread to Beat and Kyle so they can tackle this early next week.

Thanks again for your useful feedback!
