And very importantly, poor user to disable (not allow) to remove your profile (account)! You understand that this is a security issue for a large site visited.
Banned users can still login. It just bans their profile. It's a CB specific feature. It can't do anything to other Joomla extensions. If you want more advanced blocking features then install CB AntiSpam, which will let your Moderators completely block an account, ip address, email address, etc.. so it can't login or register anymore.
