[SOLVED] Trouble with email notifications

I don't seem to be receiving email notifications when new users register. The users do however seem to receive emails from the server acknowledging their registration. Where should I start looking? I've checked the various notifications menu's in CB config and they seem to be correct.

Edit your user within CB > User Management and ensure you're set to receive emails. Next ensure within CB > Configuration > Moderation that moderator emails are configured to send. If all set correctly then check the spam folder of your email account as many it's going to spam.

I'm still having trouble with the notifications. The user appears in the backend as needing approval but I get no email notification or module notification. I have JFBC as the login application and joomla registration is deactivated.

Any registration outside of CB will not send CB emails unless it's using CB API to register the user. I'm guessing their usage of JFBC was the problem. Could also be a mailer configuration problem. Try sending a mass mailer email to your self in CB > User Management to see if emails are even working.
