[SOLVED] Login Error

Is there someone else that can look at it? I paid to have support. I can't start with a new install as this is a very complex website. I am having all kinds of problems with Community builder. It was working fine on 1.5 and now I keep having more and more issues. What options do I have?

No, your issues have already been determined to be non-bugs as we can't replicate. There's nothing much else we can do besides take a look and see if it can be fixed as it's probably due to a conflict from something else installed. If you migrated from CB 1.x it's possible part of the migration failed, but I don't see how it'd cause stuff like this. PM backend super administrator login credentials and will look at this issue in addition to your other reported problems.

So your current website has been migrated from joomla 1.5 to joomla 3.4 ?

Maybe your migration messed things up?

Your login redirect appears incorrectly configured. I've emptied it so it'll return to your previous location, which now appears working fine. For example If I login on Services > Printing I am properly returned to the printing page on login.

Your login redirect was set to "index.php/home/vip-page", which is not a valid login redirect. All URL parameters must be supplied as non-SEF. Sometimes SEF URL parameters will work, but in this case that URL doesn't exist. If you want to redirect to your VIP page then you need to set the parameter to the following (the non-SEF URL as shown in the VIP Page menu item with its associated Itemid).

Your "First Login Redirect" appears configured correctly and working fine though and your issue was only with module configuration.

Please retest login to ensure you're properly sent back to previous location now.

That is fabulous. I did reset the login redirect and it is working famously now. Odd question, how long do you have to wait between private messages?

Don't know what JP has it set to, but probably a few short minutes or second as most.
