I tried sending an email to the admin user like the videos shows and it works, but once you try to use this same test to use on sending the username with or without the bracket [username], nothing gets sent. I also notice that the example in the video (
) does not work. He sets up the conditional at 8:22 mark but does not test, he removes it at the 9:14 mark and instead he goes into the action tab and uses [username]. Even though it worked for him, it did not work for me. I see he is also using a devlopement version. I am using 2.0.10.
I can send an email when anyone logs in using cb auto actions, but once I use the brackets around [username] or any cb field, my email does not send.
Please provide a screenshot of your action configuration. Substitutions should be working perfectly fine with the after login trigger and User left as Automatic.
