You can do that using the Connections tab. Within CB > Tab Management publish the Connections tab if you haven't done so already then edit it and set its View Access Level as needed. If you want to allow the user to also see it then use CB Privacy and set the tab to have a forced privacy control of private. Now when an admin views the users profile they can see their connections under the connections tab.

this had already been done and even set to "public" the same problem stays, when, as a super user, I hover on the connections tab on the profile of somebody else, I see "Manage your connections" and "Request connections" and when I click on "Manage your connections" I see the connections of the super user and not those of the profile I am looking at. Maybe the "See connections" or whatever it is called is not visible because of our template or something else but could I have the address of this page to create for example a button ?
Connections is a Tab. It's not a CB Menu item. You need to have the Connections tab published and placed in a position that's visible on profile within CB > Tab Management.
