Open in backend of CB Auto Actions is only used in the CB GroupJive action and it's for the groups type. So you'd just translate it the same way you translated it in GJ. There's no confusion between the two strings, because the two strings are describing the exact same thing (the groups type).
Plugins do not check for other plugins having the same string so 1 plugin can possibly have duplicate strings of another. We've plans to implement support for dynamic plugin by plugin language keys to be allow for overrides in a future CB release.
