My users get automatically logged out for no reason:
1) usually when I first click on edit profile after loging in
2) I activated auto login after sign up in the "auto actions" but it doesn't work
3) Also, I tried to update in configuration that the first page to reach whith the first sign in should be "edit profile' but it doesn't work...

Regardless, user sessins are handled by Joomla - so if this is breaking it is most likely something else you have installed.
I cannot replicate on a clean Joomla 3.4.5 / CB 2.0.12 environment.

Only reason for that is their session expired or the domain changed. Ensure live_site within configuration.php is set to '' (empty). Next check your session duration in Joomla global configuration and ensure it's at a reasonable duration (e.g. I recommend at least 30 minutes).

Ensure CB Auto Actions within CB > Plugin Management is public and published.

Your redirect needs to be non-SEF. It should be the following for example.
index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=userdetails
Please note due to a change in the isInternal API call for checking URLs in Joomla there could be an issue with this usage and you may need to put your entire live site path before index.php.

The live_site is configured in configuration.php. There's no backend configuration for this and you have to edit the file it self.
