Server 500 error after GJ 3.0.1 update

I've installed/upadted GJ in the usual fashion in the past. I've only used the Joomla Extension manage/installer for the module and the CB plugin manager for the GJ plugins. How it would have been corrupted or otherwise altered, I don't know. I don't know of any other way to do it.

In any case, I uninstalled all the CB GJ plugins and deleted the folders via FTP. I then uninstalled every other related integration, search module, etc. The only thing remaining was the Joomla GJ module. I installed the updated version and then plugins and it all went well. No errors so far. I will continue to tweak it. And report back if there are any issues.

After using the newly installed GJ, I did get an "occasional" server 500 error, but I can't seem to repeat the occurrence. I must have changed a setting that fixed it. If it occurs again I will post the details.

Back on the topics regarding the noncritical error CBSubs content error notification:

I've reinstalled the latest nightly build and resaved the plans, but it made no difference. Do you feel there is a bug that should be investigated?

I also noticed that in the CB plugins list, the version of the files don't seem to be reporting properly. Perhaps I'm not understanding it, so I posted a screenshot of the list. Why would there be both a 4.0.1 and 4.0.0-rc.1?

You'll have to enable debug mode and maximum error reporting to debug those. Without further information regarding the error I've no idea what to suggest. Could also be a server performance problem such as memory limit or timeout.

Ensure your install is completely up to date according to the chart below as it could be another plugin interacting with GJ causing issues.

Aside from that I don't know what more to suggest. It's working perfectly fine in all my tests.

You have the old CBSubs language plugin (before 4.x) and the new one installed at the same time. Uninstall both then reinstall it as needed.

No, you're just uninstalling the 2 language plugins at the top of your screenshot that are shown as red (incompatible). Once done update CBSubs to latest 4.x nightly release.

If issue still persists please PM backend super administrator login credentials with exact instructions to reproduce your issue and will take a look.
