Have reviewed your install. You have "Allow User Registration" set to "No" in Users > Manager > Options. This is normally correct except you've "Allow User Registration" set to 'Same as CMS "allow registration"' within CB > Configuration > Registration. You've basically completely turned off registrations. I've changed it to 'Yes, Independent of CMS "allow registration"' and your plans are displaying fine now.
